NOT QUITE AN INSULATED GARDEN ROOM BUT CERTAINLY MORE THAN A SUMMERHOUSE

'The New Tomorrow' We are proud to introduce our new range of Composite Summerhouses. They will be available in two designs, Single Pitched Roof Corner Summerhouse and standard Single Pitched Roof Contemporary Summerhouse (The Denby).

Each building will be finished in such a way that it allows the purchaser (DIY enthusiast) the opportunity to insulate and internally line the walls to their specification. The design concept is simple, there is a base price per building size with the additional costs of Double Glazed Door and Window options. By offering the building in such a fashion it allows the purchaser to design the building to their own specific needs.

HOW TO PRICE YOUR BUILDING

The pricing works in exactly the same way as we price our Elites. We take the building cost from the price list and then you (the customer) add the cost of Doors and Windows of your choice and any extras you may need (Guttering is worth considering). if you require a price list please ask and we can email you a copy).

For a successful installation, bases for these buildings MUST BE Flat, Firm, Level and Square. There must be an allowance of of at least 2’ from Fences, Walls, Hedges or similar. PLEASE ASK for advice on this before ordering.
